I am also ordering bearings and Mahle 4032 custom 1mm ring pack on a 4.125" with 1.56" compression height for my other 3.5" stroke 330 crank and bearings for it. I am ordering the Mahle 4032 1mm ring pack stock replacement pistons and Molnar connecting rods direct replacements from Cutlassefi. Here is the kicker, the machine shop has to send it out, they don't do it in house. I am pretty sure it will need cut and I want it internally balanced. It was balanced with 18cc dish Speedpro forged pistons and stock rods, so it should need weight removed and not expensive Mallory added. I am using the standard stroke crank that I had for over ten years. I told them to hone my my cylinders to 4.065" if possible or to 4.100", clean up mill on the deck, new cam bearings installed and an align hone on the mains for ARP studs. The machine shop after 4 months is promising my block is next. I spun a rod at a whopping 4000 rpm due to the Mallory pick up loosing it's gap and flooding. Since my temporary 350 is knocking badly, I should have heaved the Mallory ignition and checked the bearings more closely, the rear main cap bearing looked passable.

Remember these are the parts I HAVE, not what I want or need. I will add an O2 bung for a wideband tuner. Hack jobs like this is why I do all the work on my own cars, all 5 of them.

I should have bought Flowmaster tail pipes and installed the tail pipes myself. Sanderson shorty headers with custom 2.5" X pipe dual exhaust with shitty 2.5" tail pipes. PATC 2200 to 2500 stall, flashes at 2350 stall and deep trans pan with drain plug and a stacked 5000 rpm governor modified by me. Good TH2004R trans, 86 model appears rebuilt, shifts perfect, needs upgrades. New A body replacement aluminum/plastic rad Serpentine belt drive and new Flowkooler Billet impeller, reverse rotation water pump on the way Mallory Hyfire 6AL with adjustable rev limiter, will set to 6000. Mallory Breakerless distributor, adjustable mechanical and vacuum advance, set to 18 mechanical in by 2800 and 11 degrees of vacuum advance.

It will come at a great cost but there will be some benefit for all you guys, you will see.ģ30 forged steel crank offset ground to 3.5" stroke by Ohio crank.
